Roasting Process

"Life Begins After Coffee"

The process of roasting coffee beans is a topic that we find particularly intriguing. From our research, we have discovered that raw beans are subjected to a rotating drum heated to 240 degrees for a duration of 12-15 minutes, depending on the desired roast level. Once the beans have been roasted to perfection, they are then cooled on a tray at a temperature of 195 degrees. The meticulousness of this process is a testament to the amount of effort invested in brewing a single cup of coffee.
